  1. Conduct thorough investigations of property and builder's risk claims, including reviewing policy coverage and determining liability.
  2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for claims processing.
  3. Analyze and evaluate complex claims to determine appropriate course of action and make recommendations for settlement.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on claim status and addressing any questions or concerns.
  5. Negotiate and settle claims in a timely and fair manner, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  6. Utilize knowledge of insurance policies and regulations to accurately determine coverage and liability.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities and outcomes.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve claims handling processes.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions with clients.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for efficient and effective claims resolution.
  11. Act as a mentor and resource for junior claims adjusters, providing guidance and support as needed.
  12. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in claims handling and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Attend training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in property and builder's risk claims handling.
  14. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Property And Builders Risk Claims Adjusting With A Proven Track Record Of Handling Complex Claims.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Coverage Related To Property And Builders Risk, Including Understanding Of Coverage Exclusions And Limitations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions And Negotiate Settlements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Interact With A Variety Of Stakeholders Such As Policyholders, Contractors, And Attorneys.
