- Investigate and resolve complex property claims for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize knowledge and experience in the insurance industry to accurately assess claims and determine coverage.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure effective and efficient handling of claims.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing updates on the status of their claims and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate evidence and make sound decisions regarding claim settlements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, empathizing with their situation, and finding solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to accurately handle claims within compliance standards.
- Mentor and train junior adjusters on best practices and company procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and offer suggestions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of claim activities and communications with customers.
- Handle large volumes of claims while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
- Act as a representative of the company and uphold its values and reputation in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and industry professionals.
- Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the field of property claims.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Property Claims Adjusting, Preferably With A Focus On Commercial And/Or High-Value Residential Properties.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Coverage, And Claims Handling Procedures.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions Based On Complex Information.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Build Relationships With Clients, Vendors, And Other Stakeholders.
Proven Leadership Abilities, With The Capacity To Mentor And Train Junior Adjusters, As Well As Manage A Large Caseload And Meet Performance Goals.
