  1. Conduct thorough investigations of property claims and determine coverage and liability based on policy terms and conditions.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and concerns and maintaining open communication throughout the claims process.
  3. Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements with customers, contractors, and other parties involved in the claim.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including policyholders, agents, and other insurance professionals.
  5. Utilize extensive knowledge of insurance policies and industry standards to accurately assess and document claims.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and legal, to ensure efficient and effective claims handling.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed claim files and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and regulations to continuously improve claims handling processes.
  9. Mentor and train junior adjusters to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  10. Represent the company in a professional manner, adhering to ethical and legal standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Insurance, Business, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Claims Adjusting, Preferably In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Property Insurance Policies, Coverage, And Industry Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions And Negotiate Effectively.
