  • Lead and manage a team of risk engineers, providing guidance, direction, and support in their daily tasks and long-term career development.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks for clients in various industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and legal, to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive risk management approach.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve risk management processes and procedures.
  • Make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment, balancing the needs of clients, the team, and the company.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry professionals to promote the company's risk engineering services.
  • Monitor and analyze risk engineering data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and track the team's performance.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning within the risk engineering department.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our risk engineering capabilities and network with potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Risk Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Risk Management Principles, Practices, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Positive And Inclusive Work Culture.
