As a Senior Field Claim Resolution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in resolving complex property claims and providing exceptional customer service.   1. Review and assess complex property claims to determine coverage and liability.
  2. Utilize knowledge of property insurance policies and industry standards to accurately resolve claims.
  3. Investigate and gather relevant information to support claim decisions.
  4. Communicate with customers, agents, and other parties involved in the claim process to provide updates and address concerns.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed claim records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective resolution of claims.
  7. Adhere to company guidelines and state regulations while handling claims.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any issues.
  9. Identify and escalate potential fraud or suspicious activities.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in property insurance policies.
  11. Mentor and train junior claims specialists.
  12. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance claim resolution efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  14. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for data privacy and protection.
  15. Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Property Claims Handling, With A Strong Focus On Resolving Complex And High-Value Claims.

  • Technical Expertise: In-Depth Knowledge Of Property Insurance Policies, Coverage, And Regulations. Ability To Analyze And Interpret Policy Language To Ensure Accurate And Timely Claim Resolution.

  • Negotiation Skills: Proven Ability To Negotiate And Settle Property Claims, Including Managing Challenging Negotiations With Multiple Parties Involved.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated Ability To Lead A Team Of Claims Professionals, Providing Guidance, Training, And Development To Ensure Excellent Customer Service And Efficient Claims Handling.

  • Communication Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Various Stakeholders, Including Customers, Attorneys, And Management.
