- Investigate and evaluate complex bodily injury claims.
- Negotiate settlements with customers, attorneys, and other insurance companies.

Extensive Experience In Bodily Injury Claims: A Senior Claims Resolution Specialist Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Handling Bodily Injury Claims, Including Complex Cases And Litigation.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Industry: This Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Insurance Principles, Regulations, And Policies To Effectively Resolve Complex Bodily Injury Claims.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Claims Resolution Specialist, The Ability To Analyze Complex Information, Identify Issues, And Develop Effective Solutions Is Crucial For Successful Claim Resolution.
Exceptional Communication And Negotiation Skills: This Position Involves Frequent Communication With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Injured Parties, Attorneys, And Medical Professionals. A Senior Claims Resolution Specialist Should Have Strong Negotiation Skills To Reach Fair And Timely Settlements.
Leadership And Team Management Experience: As A Senior Member Of The Claims Team, This Role May Involve Supervising And Mentoring Other Claims Professionals. Therefore, Previous Experience In Leadership And Team Management Is Highly Desirable.
