If so, Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Senior Claims Representative to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex claims and providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders. You will use your in-depth knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to investigate, negotiate, and settle claims in a timely and accurate manner.To excel in this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in claims handling.   1. Manage complex insurance claims in an efficient and timely manner.
  2. Investigate and evaluate claims by gathering pertinent information and analyzing policy coverage.
  3. Negotiate settlements with policyholders, attorneys, and other involved parties.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders by addressing their concerns and answering any questions they may have.
  5. Utilize in-depth knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations to accurately assess and handle claims.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claims and related activities.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and legal, to resolve complex claims.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in policies and procedures.
  9. Mentor and train junior claims representatives as needed.
  10. Adhere to company and industry ethical standards and best practices.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  12. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including policyholders, attorneys, and management.
  13. Work independently and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  14. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  15. Uphold and promote the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Job Qualifications
