  1. Investigate and evaluate complex casualty insurance claims to determine coverage and liability.
  2. Communicate with policyholders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claim process to gather information and negotiate settlements.
  3. Analyze and interpret insurance policies to determine coverage and exclusions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and legal counsel, to review and resolve complex claims.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed claim records and documentation.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in laws and regulations related to casualty insurance.
  8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior claims specialists on best practices and procedures.
  9. Prepare and present reports to management on claim trends and outcomes.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for claims handling.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and finance, to identify and mitigate potential risks for the company.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Keep confidential information secure and adhere to all data protection regulations.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
