  1. Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of complex financial data to identify areas for improvement within our financial systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop strategic solutions that align with business goals.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert for financial systems, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  4. Utilize industry best practices and stay updated on emerging trends to continuously improve financial systems and processes.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and system specifications.
  6. Lead and participate in user acceptance testing and provide recommendations for system enhancements or modifications.
  7. Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders and leadership to communicate findings, progress, and recommendations.
  8. Conduct training for end-users on new system features and functionality.
  9. Monitor and analyze system performance and data integrity, identifying and addressing any issues.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to financial systems.
  11. Stay up-to-date on regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial systems and ensure systems meet these standards.
  12. Mentor and coach junior business analysts on best practices and provide guidance on complex projects.
  13. Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of business needs.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Business Analyst In The Financial Industry, Preferably In Insurance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems And Processes, Including Risk Management, Financial Reporting, And Budgeting.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Anomalies In Financial Data.

  • Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Implement And Improve Financial Systems And Processes.
