At Liberty Mutual Insurance, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Product Research team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and shaping product development for our organization.   1. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify current and emerging trends in the insurance industry.
  2. Utilize data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for product development and improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for product enhancements.
  4. Monitor and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  5. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership to communicate findings and make strategic recommendations.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry news and developments to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  7. Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our products.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to gather insights and inform product decisions.
  9. Participate in the development and execution of product research projects, including surveys and focus groups.
  10. Train and mentor junior analysts on research methods and techniques.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product messaging aligns with consumer needs and preferences.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of product research.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
  14. Continuously evaluate and assess product performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on market trends, consumer behavior, and product research methodologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Economics Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Research, Market Analysis Or Related Field

  • Strong Analytical Skills With Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations

  • Experience In The Insurance Industry, Specifically In Property And Casualty Products

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
