Salesforce Administrator

Performs intermediate Salesforce configuration to support delivery of projects and enhancements in the system as a Salesforce admin on the team, ensuring best practices are followed. Compiles information and analyzes qualitatively and/or quantitatively, conducting follow up and data verification as needed. Responsible for maintaining existing series of weekly, monthly, and adhoc data load processes.Analyzes and documents business problems of moderate complexity and provides recommendations based on research of trends, products, and available system features. Assists in developing test plans and preforming user accepting testing to ensure quality releases and alignment with business objectives. Creates and implements business operation standards and procedures. Assists in the development of methods and tools to track and measure results.
