  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Liberty Mutual Insurance products and services to effectively communicate and sell to potential customers.
  2. Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers through inbound sales calls.
  3. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to meet their insurance needs.
  5. Collaborate with team members and sales managers to share best practices, strategies, and ideas for driving sales performance.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using company CRM software.
