Job Description

We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Inbound Sales team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your sales skills and passion for helping others to connect with potential customers and offer them the best insurance solutions for their needs.   1. Conduct inbound sales calls to potential customers and effectively communicate the benefits of Liberty Mutual Insurance products.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
  3. Utilize sales techniques to identify and qualify potential customers, and make recommendations based on their unique insurance needs.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets on a consistent basis.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of Liberty Mutual’s products, services, and sales processes to effectively guide customers through the buying process.
  6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline the sales process, with a focus on providing a seamless and positive customer experience.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient sales process.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve customers and provide relevant and timely information.
  9. Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
  10. Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical and responsible sales practices in accordance with company policies and standards.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
