  1. Connect with potential customers: The Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and building relationships with them to understand their insurance needs.
  2. Demonstrate strong communication skills: As the first point of contact for potential customers, the Sales Representative must have excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport.
  3. Conduct sales calls and meetings: The Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales calls and meetings with potential customers to explain insurance coverage options and benefits.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service: The Sales Representative must have a strong focus on customer service and provide a positive experience for potential customers throughout the sales process.
  5. Understand insurance products: It is essential for the Sales Representative to have a thorough understanding of the insurance products offered by Liberty Mutual in order to effectively educate potential customers and make appropriate recommendations.
  6. Meet sales goals: The Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting individual and team sales goals set by the company.
