As the Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent pipeline initiatives and supporting our strategic workforce planning efforts.   1. Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to support the long-term goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Lead and manage the Talent Pipeline team, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR partners, and business leaders, to understand talent needs and develop effective solutions.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify current and future workforce trends and make recommendations for action.
  5. Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent pipeline initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Identify and implement best practices for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and professional organizations, to enhance the organization's talent pipeline.
  8. Communicate and present workforce plans, initiatives, and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to talent management and workforce planning.
  10. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to support their professional development.
  11. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as recruitment and learning and development, to ensure alignment and integration of talent pipeline initiatives.
  12. Monitor and manage program budget and resources.
  13. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent pipeline programs.
  14. Influence and drive change within the organization to support talent pipeline goals and objectives.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve talent pipeline processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, With A Focus On Talent Pipeline And Strategic Workforce Planning.

  • Strong Understanding Of Talent Acquisition And Development Strategies, As Well As Experience Implementing These Strategies In A Corporate Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.

  • Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, With A Proven Track Record Of Using Data To Drive Decision-Making And Improve Talent Pipeline Processes.
