- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to support the long-term goals and objectives of the organization.
- Lead and manage the Talent Pipeline team, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR partners, and business leaders, to understand talent needs and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify current and future workforce trends and make recommendations for action.
- Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent pipeline initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
- Identify and implement best practices for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and professional organizations, to enhance the organization's talent pipeline.
- Communicate and present workforce plans, initiatives, and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to talent management and workforce planning.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with other HR functions, such as recruitment and learning and development, to ensure alignment and integration of talent pipeline initiatives.
- Monitor and manage program budget and resources.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent pipeline programs.
- Influence and drive change within the organization to support talent pipeline goals and objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve talent pipeline processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, With A Focus On Talent Pipeline And Strategic Workforce Planning.
Strong Understanding Of Talent Acquisition And Development Strategies, As Well As Experience Implementing These Strategies In A Corporate Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, With A Proven Track Record Of Using Data To Drive Decision-Making And Improve Talent Pipeline Processes.
