  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of current and potential products to determine their effectiveness and potential for success.
  2. Identify key trends and patterns in product data to gain valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights from various sources, including sales, marketing, and customer feedback.
  4. Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain product performance dashboards and reports to track and communicate key metrics and findings.
  6. Participate in product development meetings to provide data-driven recommendations and insights for new and existing products.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor products to provide strategic recommendations for product enhancements and innovations.
  8. Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement product strategies based on data analysis.
  9. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve product analysis processes and methodologies to ensure accurate and timely insights.
  11. Mentor and train junior analysts on product analysis best practices and techniques.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security standards, while handling sensitive product data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Analysis Or Data Analysis In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.

  • Proficient In Statistical Analysis Software And Data Visualization Tools (E.g. Sas, Tableau).

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
