  1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of software development.
  4. Mentor and guide team members to ensure high-quality code, effective problem-solving, and adherence to coding best practices.
  5. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all software solutions.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the company's software capabilities.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
  8. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs.
  9. Collaborate with project managers to plan and prioritize project tasks and deliverables.
  10. Communicate project progress, status, and any potential roadblocks to stakeholders and management.
  11. Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  12. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and growth opportunities for team members.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and coding standards to ensure consistency and maintainability of software solutions.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project deliverables or timelines.
  15. Support and maintain existing software applications, troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Various Programming Languages And Frameworks, Such As Java, .Net, And Angular.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Development Methodologies And Experience Leading Agile Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Software Projects Within Tight Timelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
