- Drive profitable growth for the personal lines business by working closely with agents to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Utilize a strong sales mindset to effectively promote and sell Liberty Mutual's personal lines products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to agents and policyholders, addressing any questions or concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in business objectives and strategies.
- Train and educate agents on Liberty Mutual's products, services, and processes to enhance their knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales targets, retention rates, and customer satisfaction, to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure all business practices are in accordance with company and legal standards.
- Represent Liberty Mutual at industry events and conferences to network, build relationships, and stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management In The Insurance Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Personal Lines Insurance Products And Underwriting Guidelines
