• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability in the assigned territory.
• Utilize your expertise and knowledge of the personal lines insurance market to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring a positive experience with Liberty Mutual.
• Effectively communicate Liberty Mutual's values, products, and services to clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, marketing, and claims to ensure seamless service delivery and smooth operations.
• Monitor and report on territory performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Represent Liberty Mutual at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's brand and values.
