- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability in the assigned territory.
- Utilize your expertise and knowledge of the personal lines insurance market to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring a positive experience with Liberty Mutual.
- Effectively communicate Liberty Mutual's values, products, and services to clients and stakeholders.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, marketing, and claims to ensure seamless service delivery and smooth operations.
- Monitor and report on territory performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Represent Liberty Mutual at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's brand and values.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Strong Knowledge Of Personal Lines Insurance Products And Industry Trends.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Personal Lines Insurance Sales Or Account Management.
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
