- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their research skills and knowledge.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Market Research And Operations, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis Tools And Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information To A Variety Of Audiences.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team, With A Focus On Collaboration And Driving Results.
