Manager - End User Technology

Defines and implements optimal practices for resourcing and staffing Agile teams. Responsible for workforce and talent management plans. Coordinates and delivers performance reviews and drives professional development, including rotations and special assignments. Facilitates or provides mentoring experiences. Manages the quality of work delivered by team members and deals effectively with performance issues in a timely manner. Initiates process and organizational improvement activities which enhance overall effectiveness; proactively seeks ways to improve human resource and other management processes. Defines metrics and key performance indicators to track efficiency and efficacy of practice deliverables. Maintains technical skills in the associated domains to provide technical coaching and support to team members. Initiates and fosters business partnerships with current and potential clients, vendors and IT executives; develops relationships that support increasing efficiency and effectiveness. Oversees the development, implementation and execution of deployment plans in coordination with the Product Owner.
