  1. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement and growth.
  2. Lead and manage financial planning and budgeting processes for assigned areas of responsibility.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.
  4. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  5. Present financial reports and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and methodologies.
  10. Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and provide financial support and guidance.
  11. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
  12. Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on financial analysis and act as a resource for other team members.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's overall financial goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field. Mba Or Cfa Designation Preferred.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Proven Experience In Financial Forecasting And Budgeting, As Well As Developing And Implementing Financial Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Senior Management.
