1. Lead and manage a team of AWS DevOps engineers to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
2. Design, develop, and implement DevOps solutions on AWS that are efficient, scalable, and secure.
3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AWS and DevOps to continuously improve processes and technologies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and security, to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
5. Conduct regular code reviews and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS and DevOps.
7. Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
9. Identify opportunities for automation and implement tools and processes to increase efficiency.
10. Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to plan, track, and deliver projects.
11. Act as a subject matter expert for AWS and DevOps, providing guidance and support to the wider organization.
12. Continuously monitor and optimize AWS infrastructure for cost, performance, and availability.
13. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
14. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
15. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project status, issues, and risks.
