  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of investment compliance regulations, ensuring that all investment activities are in compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
  2. Monitor and review investment transactions to identify any potential compliance issues or discrepancies.
  3. Collaborate with the investment compliance team to develop and implement compliance processes and procedures.
  4. Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory agencies.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and changes in regulations, and proactively communicate any potential impacts to the investment compliance team.
  6. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve compliance processes and enhance overall business performance.
  7. Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify any potential areas of improvement or non-compliance.
  8. Communicate with internal stakeholders, including portfolio managers, traders, and legal teams, to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  9. Provide support and guidance to other team members on compliance-related matters.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and documentation.
  11. Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance training programs for employees.
  12. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.

Job Qualifications
