- Utilize actuarial models and tools to forecast and monitor financial performance and make strategic business decisions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior actuaries and other team members.
- Identify and address any potential issues or discrepancies in data or analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency to enhance overall business operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Or A Related Field.
Associate Or Fellow Designation From The Casualty Actuarial Society (Cas).
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Property And Casualty Insurance Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Actuarial Techniques, Including Pricing, Reserving, And Modeling.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
