In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating property damage claims while providing exceptional customer service.   1. Conduct thorough investigations of property damage claims to determine coverage and liability.
  2. Evaluate and analyze insurance policies to ensure accurate and fair claim settlements.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and other involved parties.
  4. Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties involved in the claims process.
  5. Utilize technology and tools to efficiently document and process claims.
  6. Use attention to detail to accurately assess and document property damage.
  7. Negotiate and settle claims within authority level and in accordance with company policies.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex claims.
  9. Keep up-to-date with changes in insurance policies and regulations.
  10. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all claim activities.
  12. Provide guidance and support to policyholders throughout the claims process.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards and comply with all company and industry regulations.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  15. Act with empathy and understanding towards policyholders who may be experiencing a difficult time.

Job Qualifications
