  1. Investigate and evaluate property claims to determine coverage and liability.
  2. Use analytical skills to assess and determine the appropriate amount of compensation for property losses.
  3. Negotiate with customers, contractors, and other parties involved in the claims process to reach fair and timely settlements.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and providing updates on the status of claims.
  5. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, while handling claims.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims activities and communications.
  7. Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective claims handling.
  8. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to continuously improve claims handling processes.
  9. Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  10. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information.
  11. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall goals of the claims department.
  12. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its reputation for excellent service and integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Coverage, And Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Property Claims Adjusting Or Related Field.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Finance, Or Insurance.
