  1. Conduct property claim investigations to assess damages and determine coverage eligibility.
  2. Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other parties involved in the claims process to provide updates and gather information.
  3. Analyze and interpret insurance policies to determine coverage and liability.
  4. Negotiate and settle property claim settlements in a fair and timely manner.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed claim files and documentation.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting and legal to ensure claim accuracy and compliance.
  7. Utilize technology and tools to efficiently and effectively handle claims.
  8. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to uphold ethical standards and maintain customer satisfaction.
  9. Stay updated on industry changes and trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  10. Travel to various locations to inspect damaged property and meet with policyholders.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to policyholders.
  12. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Insurance, Business, Or Finance

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Property Claims Adjusting, Preferably In A Field Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Coverage As Well As State Laws And Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Handle Interactions With Customers, Contractors, And Other Stakeholders

  • Ability To Travel And Work In Various Locations, Often In Challenging And High-Stress Environments, While Meeting Strict Deadlines And Maintaining A High Level Of Productivity.
