  1. Conduct thorough investigations of property damage claims to determine coverage and liability.
  2. Utilize knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to accurately assess damages and determine appropriate course of action.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and other involved parties to provide updates, answer questions, and negotiate settlements.
  4. Travel to various locations to conduct on-site inspections and document findings.
  5. Maintain organized and detailed claim files, including all documentation, photos, and correspondence.

  10. Continuously develop and improve knowledge of insurance industry, policies, and procedures.
  11. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management.
  12. Handle multiple tasks and priorities while managing a high volume of claims.
  13. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while conducting on-site inspections.
  14. Keep up-to-date on industry trends, technology, and best practices related to claims adjusting.
  15. Adhere to company and departmental protocols and guidelines for handling sensitive customer information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Insurance, Business, Or Finance.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Coverage, And Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Property Claims Adjusting, Preferably In A Field Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult And Complex Customer Interactions.
