- Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the underwriting team.
- Adhere to company underwriting guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Underwriting For Middle Market Multi-Industry Clients. This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Industry-Specific Risks, Coverage Options, And Market Trends.
Strong Analytical And Decision-Making Skills. The Ability To Evaluate Complex Risk Factors And Make Sound Underwriting Decisions Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills. As An Executive Underwriter, You Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients And Brokers, As Well As Collaborating With Other Internal Teams.
