  2. Utilize analytical skills to make sound underwriting decisions.

  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Insurance Industry: An Executive Underwriter For Equipment Breakdown Must Possess A Thorough Understanding Of The Insurance Industry, Including Trends, Regulations, And Risk Assessment.

  • Strong Analytical And Decision-Making Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Informed Decisions Based On Risk Assessment And Underwriting Guidelines.

  • Experience In Equipment Breakdown Underwriting: Ideal Candidates Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Equipment Breakdown Underwriting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Executive Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As An Executive Underwriter, Effective Communication And Negotiation Skills Are Essential To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Brokers, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: This Role Involves Leading A Team Of Underwriters And Collaborating With Other Departments, So Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Is Highly Desirable.
