- Lead the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency in the commercial lines division.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities for improvement and innovation within the commercial lines insurance space.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the commercial lines technology team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success and impact of technology solutions on business growth and customer experience.
- Ensure effective project management and timely delivery of technology solutions within budget and scope.
- Develop and manage a high-performing team of technology professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Communicate technology strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other business leaders to identify and implement opportunities for cross-functional technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to commercial lines technology solutions.
- Develop and manage a budget for commercial lines technology solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
- Represent Liberty Mutual Insurance at industry events and conferences to promote our commercial lines technology capabilities and thought leadership.
