Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Claims Specialist - Rideshare Attorney Represented Injury Claims Adjuster at Liberty Mutual Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and managing claims related to rideshare accidents, working closely with attorneys and other experts to ensure fair and timely resolution for our policyholders.   1. Conduct thorough investigations of rideshare accident claims to determine liability and coverage under insurance policies.
  2. Interpret and analyze insurance policies to accurately determine coverage and potential liability.
  3. Communicate with policyholders, attorneys, and other experts to gather information and negotiate settlements.
  4. Provide excellent customer service to policyholders by understanding their needs and concerns and addressing them in a timely and empathetic manner.
  5. Utilize negotiation skills to reach fair and timely resolutions for claims.
  6. Manage a caseload of complex claims, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  7. Collaborate with attorneys and other experts to effectively represent the company's interests in legal proceedings.
  8. Stay updated on industry standards and changes in laws and regulations related to rideshare insurance claims.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities and communications.
  10. Use critical thinking skills to analyze information and make sound decisions in complex and high-pressure situations.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, while handling claims.
  12. Continuously improve claims handling processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Mentor and train new team members to ensure a high level of knowledge and expertise within the claims department.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and legal, to provide a seamless customer experience.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Law, Insurance, Or Business Administration.
