As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in our company's mission to help individuals and businesses protect what they value most.   1. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex bodily injury claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Utilize knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to accurately determine coverage and liability in each claim.
  3. Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other parties involved in the claims process to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of their claims.
  4. Analyze medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents to assess the extent of injuries and determine appropriate compensation.
  5. Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claim to achieve fair and cost-effective resolutions.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (such as legal, medical, and underwriting) to ensure accurate and thorough claim investigations and resolutions.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in laws and regulations related to bodily injury claims to provide accurate and compliant services.
  8. Maintain detailed and organized records of all claim activities, including expenses, settlements, and communications.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns from policyholders and claimants in a professional and empathetic manner.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of bodily injury claims.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Liberty Mutual Insurance by promoting our values and superior customer service in all interactions with external parties.
  14. Display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all job duties and interactions with colleagues and external parties.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with data protection policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Insurance.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Claims Handling Role, Preferably With A Focus On Bodily Injury Claims.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Principles, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions Based On Evidence And Data.
