  • Conduct thorough investigations of bodily injury claims, including gathering and analyzing all relevant information and evidence.
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and evaluate potential issues and determine the appropriate course of action for resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claim, including policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and medical professionals.
  • Negotiate fair and timely settlements with claimants and their representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the handling of bodily injury claims.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities and decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders by promptly responding to inquiries and keeping them informed throughout the claims process.
  • Collaborate with other members of the claims team, as well as other departments within the company, to ensure efficient and effective claim resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and company developments, as well as changes in laws and regulations related to bodily injury claims.
  • Mentor and train less experienced claims professionals on best practices for handling bodily injury claims.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall claims experience for our policyholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Bodily Injury Claims Resolution, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of State-Specific Insurance Regulations And Laws Related To Bodily Injury Claims.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With All Parties Involved In A Claim.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software Used For Claims Processing And Documentation.
