As a Casualty Claims Adjuster, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by investigating and settling claims related to property damage and bodily injury.   1. Investigate and evaluate claims related to property damage and bodily injury in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
  3. Analyze policy coverage and determine appropriate course of action for each claim.
  4. Negotiate settlements with claimants and/or their representatives.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized claim files and documentation.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating empathy and understanding towards policyholders during difficult situations.
  7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to handle complex or high-value claims.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues and make decisions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance laws and regulations.
  10. Adhere to company and industry ethical standards and guidelines.
  11. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and efficiency in claims handling processes.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Insurance, Business, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Casualty Claims Adjusting.
