  1. Lead and develop a team of insurance professionals in the Northeast Region, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to ensure exceptional performance and career growth.

  8. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Liberty Mutual’s products, services, and processes to effectively represent the company to customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, and promote a strong culture of ethics and integrity.
  10. Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Management Within The Insurance Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.
