Fluency In Both English And A Second Language, Such As Spanish, French, Or Mandarin.
Active And Valid State Insurance License.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, In Both Languages.
Proven Customer Service Experience, Preferably In A Call Center Or Remote Setting.
Ability To Navigate And Utilize Various Computer Systems And Software, Such As Microsoft Office And Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software.
