  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Investigate and analyze complex auto claims to determine coverage and liability.
  3. Gather and evaluate evidence, including police reports, photos, and witness statements, to make accurate and fair decisions.
  4. Communicate with customers, insurance agents, and other parties involved in the claim to provide updates and gather additional information.
  5. Negotiate and settle claims within given authority limits, and escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activity and documentation.
  7. Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
  8. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and customer experience.
  9. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  10. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide a seamless and efficient claims process.
  11. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Insurance.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, Specifically In Auto Claims Resolution.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Regulations, And Procedures Related To Auto Claims.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Negotiate And Resolve Claims With Customers And Other Parties Involved.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software Used For Claims Processing And Management.
