  4. Collaborate with internal business partners to understand their needs and provide legal support and guidance.
  5. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations and advise accordingly.
  6. Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
  8. Work closely with experienced attorneys to develop and implement legal strategies.
  9. Communicate legal advice and recommendations to non-legal personnel in a clear and understandable manner.
  10. Continuously expand legal knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Active Membership In Good Standing With The State Bar Association.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Insurance Defense Litigation.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills.

  • Ability To Manage A High Volume Caseload And Work Independently.
