  1. Conduct Risk Assessments: The Associate of Risk Management will be responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments of the organization's operations, processes, and procedures to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  2. Develop Risk Management Strategies: Based on the results of the risk assessments, the associate will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  3. Monitor and Evaluate Risks: It will be the responsibility of the associate to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  4. Analyze Data and Trends: The associate will be expected to collect and analyze data and trends related to risk management to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  5. Provide Risk Management Training: The associate will be responsible for providing training and guidance to employees on risk management practices and procedures to ensure a strong risk management culture within the organization.
  6. Collaborate with Other Departments: The associate will work closely with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to identify and assess risks and ensure a cohesive risk management approach.
  7. Maintain Compliance: It will be the responsibility of the associate to ensure that all risk management practices and procedures are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  8. Conduct Risk Awareness Programs: The associate will be responsible for organizing and conducting risk awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of risk management within the organization.
  9. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: As a representative of Liberty Mutual Insurance, the associate will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
  10. Stay Current with Industry Trends: The associate will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in risk management to continually improve the organization's risk management strategies.

Job Qualifications
