  1. Deliver exceptional customer service to Gold customers by providing timely, accurate, and personalized assistance.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
  3. Serve as the face of the company, representing Liberty Mutual Insurance in a professional and positive manner.
  4. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues and providing solutions.
  5. Proactively identify and anticipate customer needs, offering appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless customer service.
  7. Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  8. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and sales.
  9. Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience.
  12. Adhere to company standards and procedures for quality and compliance.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

  15. Represent Liberty Mutual Insurance at customer events and promotional activities, as needed.
