We are in search of an Associate Claims Specialist for our Workers Compensation division in the West Region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you will be responsible for managing and resolving workers compensation claims in a timely and efficient manner. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a strong understanding of workers compensation laws and regulations.   1. Manage and resolve workers compensation claims in the West Region in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to claimants, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
  3. Adhere to all applicable workers compensation laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on any changes.
  4. Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims and the appropriate course of action.
  5. Work closely with internal teams, including legal and medical professionals, to gather necessary information and evidence for claims.
  6. Communicate with external parties such as employers, medical providers, and attorneys to gather information and negotiate settlements.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized claim documentation and records.
  8. Analyze and evaluate medical records and bills to determine the extent of injuries and related expenses.
  9. Provide timely and accurate reports to management and other stakeholders.
  10. Identify potential fraud or abuse and escalate to appropriate parties for further investigation.
  11. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  12. Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to workers compensation claims.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  14. Meet performance goals and objectives set by management.
  15. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
