  1. Provide exceptional customer service to rideshare clients by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns related to auto property damage claims.
  2. Efficiently manage claims from start to finish, including gathering necessary information, conducting investigations, and negotiating settlements to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  3. Develop a thorough understanding of Liberty Mutual Insurance policies and procedures to accurately evaluate and determine coverage for rideshare claims.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
  6. Continuously develop and enhance skills through training and feedback to improve job performance and contribute to the success of the team.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims and related activities, adhering to company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best possible service to our customers.
  9. Proactively identify and report potential fraud or suspicious activity, taking appropriate action to protect Liberty Mutual and our customers.
  10. Contribute to the growth and success of the Rideshare team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas and suggestions, and supporting team goals and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Insurance, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Claims Handling, Preferably In Auto Property Damage.

  • Knowledge Of Rideshare Industry And Regulations.
