  1. Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and tools to support business strategies.
  2. Manage a team of data scientists and developers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that address those needs.
  4. Utilize industry best practices and innovative techniques to optimize data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  5. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data analytics processes and methodologies.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and incorporate them into the team's strategies and processes.
  8. Communicate complex analytical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and regulations.
  11. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to identify opportunities for data analytics to drive business growth.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization on data analytics best practices.
  13. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to showcase our data analytics capabilities and achievements.
  14. Participate in recruitment and hiring processes to build a strong and diverse team.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, R, And Python.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Analytic Strategies And Programs.

  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
