Job Description

Craft and deliver customized agile training. Provide tailored ongoing coaching and training on agile leadership, ideation and experimentation, problem discovery and solution exploration, product vision and roadmapping and other topics as needed. Create, launch, and facilitate collaborative & working groups as well as Communities of Practice. Coach full teams on collaboration and whole-backlog prioritization. Prepare, deliver, and evangelize tools and artifacts for Product Owners. Define and track measures of success for coaching engagements. Model continuous learning and development of skills, support that learning in others. Support ongoing efforts to evolve our scaling strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • 7+ years contributing in an agile environment

  • 3+ years in a formal or informal coaching or consulting role

  • Extensive understanding of product owner role at various degrees of complexity

  • Expert level understanding of multiple agile methodologies

  • Experience with any formal agile scaling framework
