- Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive sales growth for LG Electronics across all channels.
- Lead and manage a team of eCommerce professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the eCommerce space and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of eCommerce initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven decisions to optimize eCommerce performance.
- Manage relationships with third-party eCommerce platforms and partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the LG Electronics website.
- Continuously assess and improve the user experience on the LG Electronics website and other eCommerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of eCommerce operations.
- Train and develop team members to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge in the eCommerce space.
- Represent LG Electronics at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the global eCommerce team to share best practices and align on company-wide strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of LG Electronics products and technologies to effectively showcase and promote them in the eCommerce space.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to eCommerce operations.
Extensive Experience In Ecommerce Management: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Possess A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Ecommerce, Preferably In The Consumer Electronics Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Online Sales, Managing Ecommerce Platforms, And Developing Effective Marketing Strategies.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Trends, Analyze Data, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Ecommerce Performance. They Should Be Proficient In Using Tools Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, And Other Ecommerce Analytical Tools.
Team Management And Leadership: As A Senior Manager, Ecommerce, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Ecommerce Professionals. They Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Be Able To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, And Have The Ability To Mentor And Coach Team Members.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Ecommerce Platforms: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Ecommerce Platforms, Including But Not Limited To Magento, Shopify, And Woocommerce. They Should Be Able To Identify And Implement New Technologies And Tools To Enhance The User Experience And Drive Online Sales.
