
Marketing Planning Manager
Collaborate with brand and other function teams to develop investment strategy and to achieve spending efficiency. Manage and review marketing activities assigned to each marketing team of HE/HA/B2B to accomplish investment efficiency and ROI. Lead and develop process innovations of marketing budget management, and Work with HQ and US General Procurement teams to improve opeartion. This position has a major role of idea development to improve existing process or new development based on experience and process understanding. It impacts Marketing team and each business unit including leadership in the areas of investment efficiency and ROI analysis This position reuqires extensive experience and background of finance and marketing to better support leadership. Knowledge and experience supports decision making by management, and it also support global business peformance.
10 years minimum experience is required
