- Oversee and manage the company's Human Resource Information System, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
- Develop and implement HRIS strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and address any system issues or improvements needed to enhance the HR processes.
- Train and support HR staff in utilizing the HRIS effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the HRIS, maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze HRIS usage and data trends to make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HR technology, and make recommendations for system upgrades or changes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries and escalations.
- Manage and maintain user access and permissions for the HRIS, ensuring appropriate levels of access for different roles and departments.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of HRIS services and support.
- Generate and analyze reports from the HRIS to provide insights and data-driven recommendations to HR and senior management.
- Facilitate training and onboarding for new HRIS users and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
- Uphold and promote company values, policies, and procedures related to HRIS usage and data management.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall HR processes and systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all HRIS data and information.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hris Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Knowledge Of Hris Systems And Software, Such As Sap, Workday, Or Oracle.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
