- Oversee and manage a team of field technical support professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the field technical team.
- Monitor and analyze team metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer technical issues by providing direct support to the team and utilizing resources and tools available.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored technical support solutions.
- Represent the company as a technical expert in meetings with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage the budget and resources allocated for the field technical team, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the field technical team and any relevant issues or concerns.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric approach.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Field Service Management.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Electrical Engineering Or Computer Science.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Technical Professionals.
